Refund and Cancellation Policy
Direct Juice Orders
Direct juice orders are prepared in small batches for scheduled pickup or delivery in the Mission, Texas and RGV area. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact Citrus Grace before the weekly Friday 4:30 p.m. Central Time cutoff whenever possible.
Once ingredients have been purchased, production has started, or an order is out for delivery, refunds may be unavailable or limited because the products are perishable and made to order.
Event Deposits and Final Payments
Event inquiries are reviewed and priced individually. A deposit may be required to reserve the event date, with the remaining balance due according to the payment link or agreement provided. Cancellation eligibility depends on timing, purchased ingredients, staffing, and event preparation already completed.
Problems With an Order
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with the order number, delivery or pickup date, and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement, credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds for card or digital-wallet payments are returned through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Stripe and your bank or card issuer control final posting times.
How to Cancel or Request Help
To request a cancellation, refund, or order change, email orders@citrus-grace.com or reply to the order communication we sent you. Include your name, order or event number, phone number, and the best way to reach you.
